Air conditioning maintenance plans, southeast Melbourne
Scheduled care instead of summer breakdowns. The Trueline Care plan keeps your system serviced, your booking prioritised, and your response time at next-day — for homes and businesses.
Why maintenance beats break-fix
Split systems rarely fail quietly in spring — they fail loudly in the first 40° week, along with every other neglected unit in Melbourne, and the repair queue stretches for weeks. Planned maintenance means your system is cleaned, checked and ready before summer, and if something does go wrong you’re at the front of the queue, not the back.
What’s in the plan
- Full annual service & clean
- Priority booking
- Next-day response
- 10% off any repairs
The annual visit is a full service — coil clean, drain, airflow and electrical checks — not a glance and a sticker.
For businesses
Shops, offices, gyms and childcare centres run cooling as critical infrastructure. We schedule commercial maintenance around trading hours and give your site one accountable contact — here’s our commercial guide. We maintain systems across Cheltenham, Heatherton, Dingley Village and the wider southeast.
Common questions
What does the Trueline Care plan include?
Full annual service & clean; Priority booking; Next-day response; 10% off any repairs. The first year is included with every Trueline Care and Premium installation; Premium extends scheduled care to three years.
Can I get the plan for a system you didn't install?
Yes. Any serviceable split system can go on the plan at $29/month — we'll do a first service to baseline its condition, then keep it on the schedule.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. It's $29/month, and you can simply let it end at any time. No exit fees, no surprise charges — the plan earns its keep or it doesn't deserve to.
