What can change the price
Only four things — and every one is identified at the free measure and included in your fixed quote, never added on the day:
- Multi-storey access. Additional access equipment may be needed for safe installation.
- Existing system removal. We can decommission and remove your old air conditioner.
- Electrical requirements. Older homes may need a dedicated circuit or switchboard work.
- Non-standard pipework. Longer runs, roof access or internal routing are quoted upfront.
Standard pricing is based on a back-to-back installation. If your home needs longer pipework, roof access, internal routing or other additional work, we identify it during the free measure and include it in your fixed quote.

Is the online price really what I'll pay?
The calculator gives an honest estimate for a standard installation, including a range if you flag double-storey access or an old unit removal. The exact figure is confirmed in writing after your free measure — and once confirmed, it's fixed. Nothing is added on the day.
How does the payment plan work?
A $1,500 deposit when you accept the quote, then the balance at about $100 a week — a 3.5 kW Trueline Care install at $3,299 works out to 18 weekly payments. Arranged with us directly, no checkout apps.
Why do quotes vary so much between companies?
Hardware tier, what's actually included (electrical work, certificate, warranty), and how the company prices risk. Companies that quote sight-unseen pad the number; we measure first, so we can commit to it. Compare what's in the quote, not just the bottom line.
