Air conditioning service, southeast Melbourne

Annual servicing for all major split system brands — including systems we didn't install. Same-week bookings as standard, next-day priority for Trueline Care members.

What a proper service includes

A serviced system cools better, costs less to run and lasts years longer — here’s the full breakdown of what servicing covers and why it matters.

When to book

Once a year for a typical home, ideally in spring — before the first heatwave finds the problem for you. If it’s already misbehaving (weak cooling, dripping, odd noises), that’s a repair visit — same team, same honest advice.

Serviced by electricians, not just techs

Every service visit is backed by True Line Electrical’s electrical contractor registration (REC 38009), so electrical checks aren’t an add-on — they’re part of the job. We service across Bentleigh, Carnegie, Ormond, Mentone and the rest of the southeast.

Common questions

Do you service systems you didn't install?

Yes — all major brands (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu, Panasonic and more), whoever installed them. If a system is on its last legs, we'll tell you straight with a repair-or-replace comparison in writing.

How quickly can you come out?

Same-week service is our standard across southeast Melbourne; care plan members get next-day priority for care plan members. You get a confirmed window, not a vague 'sometime Thursday'.

What does the Trueline Care plan cost?

The first year is included with every Trueline Care and Premium installation. After that — or for systems we didn't install — it's $29/month: annual service and clean, priority booking, next-day response and 10% off repairs. No lock-in.
